Results showed that growth velocity decreased gradually and temperature gradient in crystal/ melt and the convexity ratio of solid-liquid interface increased followed by the increase of heat dissipation ability of the thermal exchanger. 结果表明:随热交换器散热能力的增加,晶体生长速率逐渐减小,晶体/熔体中温度梯度、固液界面凸出率随之增大。
Crystal growth velocity increased gradually followed by the decrease of heating temperature. When heating temperature was closer to crystallization temperature, rate of change of crystal growth velocity was more drastic, temperature gradient and the convexity ratio of solid-liquid interface decreased. 随加热温度的降低,晶体生长速率逐渐增大,加热温度愈接近结晶温度,晶体生长速率变化率就愈剧烈;界面凸出率及晶体/熔体中温度梯度随之减小。
